I am a proud mother of two wonderful and creative daughters, and have a husband that I love to collaborate with on design and architecture. In 2000, I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Design from OTIS College of Art & Design, and soon after, I worked professionally as a Senior Designer in World Wide Licensing at Mattel, Inc. In 2011, I completed my Masters in Educational Leadership from Antioch University, focusing on Arts Advocacy. Currently, I am obtaining my K-8th grade, single subject art credential from High Tech High. This is a goal I hope to finish by the end of 2014, while working as a Fine Arts Specialist at DVIA. I specialize in; Art History, Collage, Mask making, Graphic Design and Drawing& Painting. As an arts advocate and parent, I strive everyday that children have access to the visual arts in their homes, schools and community. By making The Arts accessible, through diverse forms of art and design, anything is possible.
