A Few Words From Our Director

Hello Everyone!

I hope you are as excited about Exhibition as we are! Students have been working very hard and it has been fun seeing their excitement and pride in their products mount. I look forward to seeing you on Monday or Tuesday from 5:00-6:30. Please remember that Exhibition is a time to focus our attention completely on our students. Please remember to:
  • Have a great time!
  • Visit all Exhibits (or as many as you can)
  • Listen to and engage with student presenters
  • Circulate with your children to model the quality engagement we want for them
  • Silence your phones so that you can be available and visibly engaged in the experience (We understand that emergencies arise. If you need to use your phone, please come back out to the Cell Phone Zone in front of campus)
  • Please avoid side conversations in the exhibits/classrooms/learning spaces as they make it difficult for students to be heard and are received by some as disrespectful of their work
Please remember there is no enrichment after school on Monday and Tuesday so that final preparations can be done before Exhibition.

Also, please consider enjoying lunch or dinner at Pizza Rev in El Segundo on March 30th or 31st. Enjoy a post-Exhibition dinner with family and friends or attend on the night your kiddo(s) don't present! Thanks for supporting our program!

Have a great week!

Tyler's Two Cents

tyler two cents Families,

I wanted to let you know we will be having one of our very own parents, Officer Andrew Enriquez, visit campus this Thursday and Friday to speak with our students during Community Dialogue at lunch.

The focus of Officer Andrew's talk will be on school safety and the importance of drills for non-emergency lockdowns. We realize that we have students of younger ages and Officer Andrew will not be addressing any aspects of school safety that would not be developmentally appropriate for our younger students.

If you have any concerns about the content that will be discussed during Community Dialogue, feel free to email me with questions.

Have a great week!
