A Few Words From Our Director

Hello Everyone!

I hope you're having a great extra-long weekend. Thank you for joining us at Scooter's Jungle last week! We had a great time!

Our next super fun family event is coming up this week! FAN-sponsored (and very popular) Movie Night is this coming Friday, November 14th. The festivities will begin at 5:00 and the movie will start at 6:00. A huge thank you and shout out to parents Aishah and Bethany for organizing this awesome event! More details and sign ups below.

One last reminder: Exhibition is coming up in a week (can you believe it!?). Exhibition is a wonderful opportunity for students to practice "21st Century Skills" such as leadership, critical thinking, taking initiative and using academic language. They also get to demonstrate Habits of Heart and Mind such as collaboration, flexibility, perseverance, reflection and exploration. Please get specific details from your teachers about what to expect and how to best prepare your child(ren). And we ask you to please aim for helping students select "business professional" clothing. Check out this flyer for more information.

Have a great week!

Tyler's Two Cents

tyler two cents Families,

Just a reminder that your submissions for Notebook November are due this Wednesday, November 12th. We are encouraging students to submit work samples revolving around the Habit of Flexibility that they have created in their notebooks. This could be anything from journal entries, stories, poems, drawings, you name it. As long as it involves your son or daughter reflecting on what flexibility means to them and they work on it in their notebook, send it in to Tyler at

Thanks and have a great week!
