Tuesday-Friday, Nov 12-15
Students are invited to share their knowledge on all things science! The DV Connect Science Showcase is a great opportunity to deep dive into a project: share a biographical piece, research relevant science topics in the news, perform an experiment, build a model, share a collection or more!
Beginning Tuesday, November 12, students will bring a tri-fold or display and set-up in the Forum. For the rest of the week, the space will be open for students to view projects.
A new addition to the event is our “DV Connect(ions) to Science” wall where students can share about people they know working in science/engineering/related fields–a great opportunity to learn about our extended DV family and community! Here’s a template you can use (doc format / pdf format).
We’ll celebrate the end of the Showcase with a “Meet the Scientists/Showcase Wrap Party” Friday after school when our student scientists will be able to share with others as well as have fun with STEAM projects and science demos.
